Manila Lit Mag is a home for striking, well-crafted poetry and memorable pieces of fiction and non-fiction. While we are based in Brussels, Belgium, we embrace great creative writing from all the nooks and crannies of the world.
We loosely derived the name of this literary magazine from the traditional and current meanings of "Manila", that is, "a place where the indigo plant can be found" and "made of strong stuff". We want this online magazine to become a space inhabited by your fluorishing creative work.
We welcome submissions from new, emerging, and experienced poets and writers. A writer’s reputation is less important to us than the quality of their submitted work.
